SN7400_pinout - a subclass of SimObject that models a standard SN7400 NAND*4 gate, and whose Symbol mimics the TTL pinout. Signals are expected to be StdLogic1164 objects.

evaluate(): extract the active Port from the SimEvent argument and calculate the new NAND output. Unlike SN7400, this class also checks that the VCC and GND ports are connected, in order to simulate the real "physical" circuit.
